Diseases such as thyroid, diabetes, and anemia can cause hair loss.

Drinking alcohol and smoking can cause hair loss in men. 

 

How to Prevent Hair Loss?

To prevent hair loss in men, the following practices should be done;

Stress and sadness should be avoided.

· Alcohol and cigarettes should not be consumed.

· Hair should be washed every 2 days.

The pH value of the products used for cleaning the scalp should be at the level of 5.5.

· Do not use styling that damages the hair strands and hair follicles.

A diet rich in vitamin A is necessary.
